Is the festival geared toward children and families?

The Bluebonnet Eclipse Festival welcomes families and strives to create a family-friendly atmosphere for all attendees. However, it's essential to note that while the festival is family-friendly, the campground is primarily geared towards adults and may present certain safety considerations. We want all festival-goers to have a safe and enjoyable experience; therefore, the following policy regarding children and their supervision is in effect:

Children at the Festival:

  • Children of all ages are welcome to attend the Bluebonnet Eclipse Festival when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • The festival offers a variety of activities suitable for children during designated hours. Please refer to our festival schedule for details.

Supervision of Minors:

  • Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times while on the festival grounds and campground.

  • Children should not be left unattended, especially in areas that may present potential hazards.

Campground Considerations:

  • While the festival itself is family-friendly, the campground does not have amenities specifically designed for children, such as playgrounds.

  • Some areas within the campground may have uneven terrain, open flames, or other conditions that could pose risks to unsupervised children.

Safety First:

  • Parents and guardians are encouraged to educate their children about festival safety guidelines and rules.

  • It's essential to be mindful of the festival's rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Special Family Areas:

  • The festival organizers may designate specific areas for family-oriented activities and provide additional guidance for parents and guardians.

We want to create a welcoming environment for families to enjoy the Bluebonnet Eclipse Festival. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that children are supervised and safe throughout the event.

Should you have any questions or require further assistance related to bringing children to the festival or any aspect of the event, please feel free to contact festival organizers. Thank you for being part of the festival community, and we look forward to providing you with an unforgettable experience!

Are pets allowed on the festival property?

At the Bluebonnet Eclipse Festival, our top priorities are the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our attendees. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, we have implemented the following pet policy:

No Pets Allowed:

For the safety and well-being of all festival-goers, pets are not permitted within the festival grounds or camping areas during the event. This policy applies to all animals, including but not limited to dogs, cats, and exotic pets.

Service Animals:

We recognize the importance of service animals for individuals with disabilities. Service animals that are individually trained to perform tasks for persons with disabilities are welcome at the festival. However, it is essential that service animals are always under the control of their handlers and remain on a leash or harness at all times. Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals.

Alternative Arrangements:

For those who plan to attend the festival and require pet care during their visit, we recommend making suitable arrangements in advance, such as boarding your pet with a local kennel or arranging for a pet sitter. [Insert local kennel recommendations(?)]

If you have any questions or require further assistance regarding this policy or any other aspect of the Bluebonnet Eclipse Festival, please do not hesitate to contact our festival organizers.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to providing you with an amazing and safe festival experience!
